I have the other issue. I get up early and can’t go back to bed because I feel the call of the void. High rise life, yo.
idk I see it as a win if I find something that’s genuinely interesting enough to delay bed time
I’ve learned that I wake up feeling like warmed-over shit whether I’ve slept for 4 hours or 9+ hours. So why bother going to sleep early if I’ve got something to do?
