    So the people designing the signs know exactly what they’re doing.

    Hell, it might be an agency getting paid for that, and the actual designers are pro-choice but don’t have a choice.

      I used to work in an advertising agency and I can attest to the fact that the people who work in that industry are not exactly intellectual titans.

      They always have a choice. It’s not always easy.
