it is like complaining about wordpress. it is there. it has many devs. it does a lot quite ok. take or leave it.
you want a gui. so cvs is weak. give nocodb a run. can do ANYTHING. cool product overviews, easy to create tables even with attachment like images.
yeah. sucks. didnt give up just yet.
why is domika in the list? adding paid service to home assistant? no direct apk downloads? what the hell???
thank you. that was the next one i was going to try. they changed their name and i am not sure i understand their pricing and whats free and what not. did you try it?
edit: requires a kubernetes cluster and a license…
besides updates in the last 6 month and dockerized in am interested in automations for creating work schedules for the following months. most allow me to create a schedule but i need to manually need to schedule them for the next months.
thank you. i looked at some now and none was any good. can you suggest one? i mean google spits out plenty too, but that doesnt mean they are good. the ones i checked in the github results were either super basic of havent seen an update in 5 years.
ok. i want to read on different devices for some reason. like a good book on the couch with a tablet, in the kitch looking up a manual on my phone and maybe working on computer read some magazine. that would mean i need to install 3 clients and maybe without nfs even have a copy of each book on each device? and if you jave nfs you could aswell run a calibre container somewhere. but for UI I agree web could be better.
ah. i use calibre web for conversion aswell. just never used it as an app. what is a benefit 9f having the app then?
calibre is an app? i just have a docker container with calibre web for all my epub, mobi etc.since bookstack or nextcloud cant handle those. is the client app any good?
k. thanks. i see automations are enterprise features. so i think this will end up the same mess as nocodb. their business models are outdated.
any you did like? nocodb?
hm. i actually use gpu a lot for local ollama that is connected to stuff like homeassistant, onyx, openwebUI etc… and OP said business stuff…so i guess uploading a PDF to openwebUI is a valid local use case to have gpu.
