Reminds me of a character from the Stormlight Archive books that is literally a bodiless spirit inhabiting a giant tower to power and control various magic utilities in the tower. Not only do they not have a gender, they see no reason to have one.
They also seem to not be super into naming, cuz instead of picking a relevant name (like the Stormfather did) they just go by the Sibling. Add in their activism for entities that can’t protect themselves and they’re just peak goals
They usually have a favored appearance, though. Azura, for example, almost never manifests a masculine avatar. Boethiah shifts back and forth so much that their followers in Skyrim are depicted as switching pronouns mid sentence when referring to them.
There’s a god of gender fluid?
All the Daedric Princes appear as male and female at different times, apparently.
Except for Hermaeus Mora, who could do that but doesn’t give a fuck and appears as random seafood garbage.
I’m an old man, but I’m 90% sure I’m saying this right: Fucking Based.
“What gender are you?”
“Lovecraftian nightmare tentacles”
“But what pronouns do you use?”
“It/Insanity Screeching”
“Hmm, I’m starting to think we mortals might be using restrictive definitions of shit”
